Indian head massage and on-site massage use a variety of massage movements to relieve tension and relax tight muscles, they can help relieve headaches and eye strain, create a feeling of well-being and calmness and can help to alleviate stress, anxiety and depression.  It is especially good for anyone spending long periods of time sitting in front of computers or standing for too long.

Massage is easy to offer in an office environment as little equipment is required and is carried out with the client sitting relaxed on a low backed chair or a portable seated massage chair.  Massage can help to improve concentration levels by relieving fatigue and boosting energy levels, allowing staff to return to work feeling refreshed and relaxed.
    
What happens at a session

Massage can be adapted to suit different work environments and different clients needs so can vary in length from 10 - 30 mins, can work on areas such as the neck, scalp & face, upper and lower back and shoulders . Some times you will need to remove upper clothing (shirt/blouse) and a small amount of oil is used, other times there is no need to remove any clothing and no oil is used.
